are no returns available.
This does not include shipping damage or a manufacturer defect.
In the case of damage during shipping.
The shipping company will be notified by the buyer within 48 hours of any
damage -
after 48 hours there is no guarantee of a claim on the insurance. The
original box must be kept with product - No exceptions. All claims
will be handled by the shipping company and only like item will be
exchanged when original item is returned. A call tag will be issued
when damage is verified by the shipping company.
Any defect from the manufacturers will be dealt with by the
manufacturer and handled accordingly depending on the problem. Because
of the special product nature, each problem may be different yet
similar.
